A solid pole plant is a key to skiing short-radius turns, moguls, and ungroomed conditions. The No-Swing progression first teaches you (Part 1) how to use the torso and arms to create counteracting for each turn. The follow-up, Part 2, builds upon this foundation to make a pole plant that strengthens your counteracting. Prerequisites: making linked turns by tipping with the inside foot; knowing which foot is tipping to create each arc.
This progression is new and is not presented in our DVDs!
