Essentials Indoor Introduction eVideo
by Harb Ski SystemsOverview
The "Essentials" are the foundation movements of PMTS Direct Parallel. This indoor introduction to the essentials lets you learn and practice the individual movements indoors, before you attempt to put them in action on the slopes. You will progress faster on snow if you practice indoors first, along with this video. Practice in front of a mirror so that you have instant, ongoing feedback.
The activities are appropriate for all skiers – children, adults, or seniors; novices or experienced. You only need a few props to practice – some chairs, a high stool, a mirror, and a slantboard. (Click here for directions on how to make your own slantboard.)
