Overview
The alignment of a skier's legs – whether they are straight, bowlegged, knock-kneed, or a combination – has a significant influence on the skier's technique. Not only does alignment play a role in how the skier looks, it makes a big difference in how the skis behave.
The intent of this video is to help you learn how to assess alignment on snow. Whether you are interested in your own alignment or are working with other skiers, this video will show you what to watch for.
