Choosing a camp...
If you are only slightly familiar with our teaching system, or are working through the Expert Skier 1 book content, a Blue/Dark Blue session is best. The second session has more green (easy) terrain. You should be comfortable on western blue terrain to come to the first session.
If you are working through the content in the Expert Skier 2 book, then a Short Turn session is best for you.
The All-Mountain session is best for skiers who have been working with our system for several seasons and who regularly ski ungroomed terrain (moguls, powder, steeps).
The Austrian camps cover Blue/Dark Blue and Short Turn skiers. The terrain is more difficult, and the conditions and visibility can be challenging, so it's best if you already ski intermediate terrain. If you usually ski easy terrain, the second Blue/Dark Blue session in Colorado is going to be a more comfortable learning experience.
If you want to get new boots, skis, or go through a complete alignment assessment, come to a Colorado camp. We can do alignment in Austria, but the amount of work we can do is limited.
