What you practice: Balance on both edges of stance foot & Tipping free foot in both difrections
  • Gentle hill
  • Skate to comfortable speed, glide straight downhill on both feet
  • Lift one foot
  • Tip the lifted foot toward its little-toe edge to curve toward the lifted foot
  • To curve toward the stance foot, tip the stance foot toward its little-toe edge and tip the lifted, free foot toward its big-toe edge
  • Repeat the turns back and forth
  • Keep the free foot close to or pressed against the stance foot
