Activity: Single Turn on Inside Foot
What you practice: Balance on little-toe edge & Stronger tipping toward little-toe edge
- Gentle hill
- Skate to comfortable speed; glide straight downhill on both feet
- Lift outside foot (here, his right)
- Very gradually, tip stance foot (here, his left) toward little-toe edge
- Tipping the lifted, free foot (here, his right) toward its big-toe edge makes it easier to perform
- Keep tipping stance ski throughout the turn
