You may pay by personal check (or money order), or by VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit card.
If you pay by check or money order, we require a deposit of one-half the session cost at the time of enrollment (the first day's camp fee is non-refundable). The other half is due upon arrival at the hotel.
If you pay by credit card, we require your account number, expiration date, and signature. We charge you a non-refundable deposit of the first day's camp fee upon enrollment. The remainder is due at the end of the camp session.
Cancellation policy (Europe camps):
More than 8 weeks prior to session - 1st day's camp fee
8 weeks to 6 weeks prior to session - 50% charge
Less than 6 weeks prior to session - full charge (unless due to injury or illness)
