We require full payment of the coaching fee ($1100) upon enrollment.
Lodging and lift pass charges will be processed separately, at the time of the camp.
Cancellation refunds:
If you cancel your enrollment prior to camp, we issue a prorated refund...
More than 8 weeks prior to session: we refund all but $150 (non-refundable deposit)
8 weeks to 6 weeks prior to session: we refund 50% of camp fee
Less than 6 weeks prior to session: no refund
Cancellations due to illness or injury: we refund all but $150 (non-refundable deposit)
